TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I usually base my rates on the complexity of the project provided below are list of info that can help me give you a reasonable price.However, for your idea of my pricing, provided below are some of the price range I offer for different type of commissions:

LINE ART

  • Headshot: PHP 250 / $5

  • Bust Up: PHP 300 / $10

  • Half Body: PHP 350+ / $15+

  • Full Body: PHP 450+ / $20+

FULLY RENDERED

  • Headshot: PHP 350 / $10

  • Bust Up: PHP 450 / $15

  • Half Body: PHP 600+ / $20+

  • Full Body: PHP 800+ / $25+

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • RUSHED COMMISSION: 50% of the base price

  • COMMERCIAL USE: Usually double of the base price

  • ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS: 50% of the base price

Information needed when messaging me for a commission:

1. Intended Use: Personal or Commercial Use
2.Commission Type: Rushed or Not, Headshot, Bust, Half Body, Full Body, Couple, Group/Family
3. Detailed Character/s Description: No. of Characters (More than 3 Characters are for negotiation)
4. Visual References: Poses, Background, Outfit, Character Design
5. Canvas Size and Orientation
6. Deadline/Due Date of the Commissions
7. Permission to post and include your commission on my socials: Yes/No

I CAN DRAW:

  • Anime Characters

  • Game Characters

  • Kpop Idols

  • Your Favorite Ships (anime, kpop, etc.)

  • Your Original Character

  • Your friends

  • And a portrait of you

I WON'T DRAW:

  • Heavy NSFW

  • Mecha

  • Armor

  • Heavy Gore/Horror

  • Anything that can offend someone's race, gender, etc.

  • Detailed (esp. background) unless I can draw what you request

GENERAL

- I reserve the right to decline any commission request if necessary.
- Format will be sent in PNG/JPG.
- The art's copyright is mine, therefore I can use it as part of my portfolio; if you don't want it displayed anyplace, please let me know.
- Prices for Rush Commissions and Commercial Commissions will have additional fees.
- Watermark of the artist will not appear on the final commissioned piece that will be sent to you.
- The final work will be sent through Gmail/Google Drive.

COMMUNICATION:

- I’ll keep you updated and open to clarifying details throughout the process.
Process usually consists of:
> Rough Sketch
> Clean Sketch (Cancellation during and after this phase = NO REFUND)
> Line Art
> Rendering and Final Touch- I will strive to follow the agreed timeline and deliver the artwork as scheduled.
- Any delays due to personal matters will be communicated in advance.
- Please check your messages regularly for WIPs and updates!

PAYMENT:

- 50% upfront payment is required before I begin the commission; the remaining 50% is due upon completion.Note: FULL PAYMENT is necessary before the artist sends the finished artwork- Minor revisions (WIP: Rough to Clean Sketch Phase): Free
- Major or additional revisions (line art/rendering phase): Additional costs

PAYMENT METHOD:

LOCAL: GCASH OR BANK TRANSFER (BPI)
INTERNATIONAL: PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

- If the client cancels after the Clean Sketch Phase has started, I reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment.
- Partial payment price will depend on the commission’s level of completion.
- If I cancel or cannot complete the commission, the client is entitled to a partial or full refund, based on the level of completion.
- No refunds once full price is paid and the final version of the piece is sent.
